Little Bugsy had his first basketball game a few days ago. Here's a little action shot for your viewing pleasure.
He even had new shoes, which of course made him run faster and jump higher. Unfortunately, however, Bugsy had just gotten over having croup. He played nearly the entire time so at the end of the game, he was pretty worn out and fighting off one serious coughing fit.I took a video of him near the end of the game, and if I do say so myself, it's about the cutest dang thing out there. He was slowing down and coughing a lot, but he does this funny "trotting" thing sometimes when he runs. It was such a crack up! I can't wait for more of this.

I expected nothing less cute than this performance by bugsy. He will be his PE Teachers dream come true to understand galloping. You'd be suprised how many little ones struggle with that.
P.S. I guess traveling doesn't count in this league, eh? ;-)
So cute! Love the gallop. They look like they were having a lot of fun. I'm tired just watching them.
Bugsy is so cute. Like Shayla, I love the trot! I don't think I've ever watched a PeeWee Basket Ball game. That is so funny. They don't even dribble the ball. They just run around in a pack. Did anyone score that night? Hope B is feelin' better soon.
I LOVE the first picture! Is he actually spinning the ball or what? And... is he really this old???? oh sniff. I think you should ground him from growing.
