We have had a wee bit of snow here this week. I keep taking pictures of it but then by morning we've had another 5-8 inches on top of what we already had. Geesh! It's made for some fun times for the kids though. I stood at the back door and watched T and B play for quite a while. The snow was so deep that they kept tripping and face planting over and over and over again. After a while I guess T figured it was pointless to clean the snow out of his glasses. He had that chunk there until he came inside.

B is going through a phase where he hates having his picture taken....just in time for Christmas. So I am sure that as the week progresses I will get even more pictures of the side and back of little B. This is the only one of his face...sort of...that I have gotten in a few weeks. Isn't he so cute when frozen?

T was so proud of this snow cave that he dug in our front yard. The kids tunneled through this drift and made a whole house, complete with a guest bedroom for the neighbor boy.

K decided to make a lounge chair outside of the "house." It actually looks pretty comfy...cold...but comfy. Under her hood, she is wearing a hat made by her Aunt Jen. Jen had a baby girl two days (Samantha) and his baby is the first biological granddaughter in this entire family. Finally!!! Jen had made Samantha a hat to go home in and made a matching one for K as well, since they are now the only granddaughters. K has worn the hat non-stop since she got it and even tried to sleep in it last night. Thanks Jen, for the hat and the baby!

I know this looks like child labor, especially since B is refusing to look at the camera. He was so proud of his "tunnel" even though it pretty much lead to nowhere. Now we need to get him interested in making tunnels across the driveway and sidewalk.

I am so glad she likes the hat, I wasn't sure it would be "cool" to someone her age to have a matching hat! I would love some of that snow by the way, here it is just cold, except today and tomorrow. Go figure! Miss you guys!
